Mission Statement:
Blitz Home Environmental Cleaning Limited (BHECL) has been established since 2013 as a cleaning service based in North West London. We provide a deep cleaning services to people who have extremely neglected their homes due to lack of cleaning and basic hygiene, an episode of mental health crisis, or possibly due to incapacitation as a result of physical ill health or old age. Referrals for cleaning assignments come from mainly adult social services, children and family’s social services and community mental health teams (CMHT) on behalf of their service users. We also accept private referrals not associated with Social Services. By offering a professional, trustworthy, and effective service, BHECL have quickly become a household name to Social Services Teams and Community Mental Health Teams within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), City of Westminster, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, London Borough of Brent and Enfield Council. Our main objective within the Health and Social Care is to facilitate timely discharges from hospitals to ease capacity issues within the acute setting by responding swiftly ensuring that clients/service user’s home environments are safe and free of hazardous clutter.
Our vision:
From the outset, BHECL has developed several ambitious objectives. The first objective is to always exceed the expectations of our clients. Exceeding customer’s expectations will ensure repeat business and word of mouth recommendations within the target areas. Maintaining our reputation and increasing our client base has been our second and most valuable objective, which in turn is evidenced by following testimonials and has given us the opportunity to serve the wider community.

Other activities within our scope:
We meet requirements of Occupational Therapists and Social Workers by creating microenvironments in service user’s homes as part of our mobile response service. We provide a maintenance cleaning service post initial blitz cleaning to reduce risks of further re-cluttering. Not only are we limited to domiciliary cleaning, we extend our services to cleaning lofts, lifts, roof top tank rooms and plant rooms as required by clients and local authorities.
